San Prospero wood is located in the outskirts of Parma.  Its creation started in 2000, when Giancarlo Spaggiari and his sonRoberto, who preferred to deny real estate offers to fight pollution and concreting, created, thanks to the contributions of the EU (Fondo europeo di sviluppo rurale 2014- 2020), a wood of more than  11thousand hectares inside their agricultural property of 10 hectares. Among the plants, there are nut trees, oaks, apple trees, ashes, cornel trees, blackthorns, elms and from this year there are also willows, eleagnus, Liriodendron tulipifer, Poncirus trifoliata.
