A special Tulip Festival takes place every spring at the Botanical Gardens of Villa Taranto, among woods, clearings, flower beds, parterres, ponds and greenhouses. Some 65 different varieties of tulips can be admired along a path embellished with of 20. 000 bulbous plants and called the “Tulip Labyrinth”. Among all the varieties and cultivars, there are tulips with larger flowers, or with more intense or darker colours.
