Some 12 acres of this garden, in addition to the spontaneous species typical of the Mediterranean scrub (such as myrtle, terebinth, laurel, and carob), there is an area dedicated to the citrus grove, hosting different varieties of bitter and sweet oranges, mandarins, lemons, grapefruits, and several modern varieties; just to name a few, there are “double red” oranges, “Brazilian”, “Oval”, “Belladonna”, and “Feminello” lemons, as well as “Havana” mandarins.
