Amastuola farm is on a plateau at 689 ft m above sea level and is surrounded by 420 acres mostly cultivated with vineyards; the latter also include some centuries-old olive trees, arranged along the driveway to the farm and in twenty-four “Islands” among the very vine rows.
The vineyard was the result of a specific project aimed at enhancing the territory for sustainable development; plants and fruit are thus managed with traditional care and techniques, respecting the environment and the local water resources.

The wines produced by Amastuola are Primitivo, Capocanale Merlot, Vignatorta Syrah, Calaprice Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Fiano, Bianco Salento Fiano, Malvasia, Ondarosa Cabernet Franc, and Sauvignon.
