Antonio Cederna Garden

This garden is in the north-western part of Milan, slightly less than 2.47 acre-wide, fenced and well cared for. It is dedicated to the environmental journalist Antonio Cederna. The garden features a central area for relaxation surrounded by pergolas, lawns, and paths.
The main tree species are maples (Acer platanoides, A. pseudoplatanus and A. saccharinum), hornbeams (Carpinus betulus), black poplars (Populus nigra ‘Italica’), English oaks (Quercus robur and Q. robur ‘Fastigiata’), and callery pear trees (Pyrus calleryana). Among the shrub and climbing species, there are star jasmine (Trachelospermum jasminoides), wisteria (Wisteria sinensis), shrub roses and Virgina creepers (Parthenocissus quinquefolia).
