The nursery of Avagliano Plants is not so far from the city of Salerno and customers can find here hedges, bushes, fruit trees, and shaped plants, since the owners are specialised in topiary.

It was established between 1994 and1995 thanks to the ideas of Salvatore and Roberto Avagliano, the nurseries cover nowadays a surface of five hectares and include greenhouses and plants grown in open fields. The cultivated species are numerous, such as Buxus ‘Faulkner’, Buxus rotundifolia, x Cupressocyparis leylandii, Ligustrum jonandrum, Cotoneaster, Pyracantha. In addition, there are bushes (Laurus nobilis, Viburnum tinus, Arbutus unedo, Photina ‘Red Robin’, Pittosporum spp.), which are suitable for the Mediterranean climate of Salerno, and high tree masts.
