“L’Ippocastano” is a farm dedicated to the cultivation and selling of rare and collectible roses, such as Gallica, Alba, x Damascena-Portland, Centifolia, Centifolia Muscosa, Cinesi,Rugose, Ibridi di Moschata, Ibridi Rifiorenti e di Té, Botaniche, Rose Italiane, Rose Gigantea, Sarmentose e Moderne particolari. Overall, the nursery offers around 600 varieties cultivated with natural methods and grouped in families and historical order, listed in a catalogue available online.

Events, exhibitions and trimming classes are organised inside the romantic rose garden next to the nursery.
In addition, the nursery offers, particularly for all the lovers of ancient roses, a service of research on extremely rare roses, which are no more present on the Italian market, by trying to find them in various countries of the world.
