Dandelion honey has a typical golden colour and often crystallizes very quickly, forming a soft and creamy mass. It is made with Taraxacum officinale) flowers, which are usually rich in nectar and bloom in April in hilly and low mountain areas.
This type of honey is very good for safeguarding the health of our liver. Its aroma is very intense, with a delicate flavour. Therefore, it is excellent for breakfast and also when served with cheese.
