Hotel Bellevue Vegetable Garden

Hotel Bellevue & Spa is in Cogne (AO), inside the Grand Paradiso Park. It has a magnificent vegetable garden, designed by Piero Roullet (the hotel owner), and currently cared for by the gardener Roberto Novali.
The garden has a circular layout, and is divided into wedge-shaped flower beds, planted with vegetables and edible flowers – everything is regularly used by the hotel chef. The garden can be on request.
