Millefoglie Flowers Lab was established by Filippo Alossa (landscape architect, naturalist and botanist) and biologist Rosanna Raballo; they’re also the owners of Millefoglie Nursery (herbaceous perennials, grasses, trees, shrubs and climbing plants, collections of berries and hedge plants, species for attracting butterflies and other beneficial insects, varieties for natural soil improvement).
Embracing the “Slow Flowers” Movement, Filippo and Rossana have begun to cultivate an interesting choice of cut flowers, in order to shorten the supply chain between production, florists, designers and customers. Their “zero kilometre” flowers, are, therefore, fresher and, above all, eco-sustainable.
