Established in 1996, the nursery – garden “I Campi” surrounds an old farmhouse, in the Mediterranean countryside in the province of Oristano; it is not far from “Vega di Milis”, an area that has always been regarded as “the garden of Sardinia”, thanks to its majestic citrus groves.
This nursery is specialized in the production of Hemerocallis, herbaceous perennial plants, grass and other plants for arid gardens, requiring very little water.

The garden, on the other hand, is structured to be an exhibition of all the plants currently grown: they are painstakingly selected among the species better suited to the Mediterranean climate – especially the Sardinian which is very rainy in winter, while scorching hot and dry in summer.
The nursery is known for its great collection of Hemerocallis: modern and reflowering hybrids, botanical species, and ancient varieties.

I Campi also offers a collection of unusual Mediterranean plants, and species suitable for the arid garden of Sardinia. Garden design and building services are available as well.
The nursery opening hours should be checked in advance, before any visit.
