Oliveto Castle and Farm

Castello di Oliveto is in Castelfiorentino (FI). It was built in 1424 by the noble Pucci family from Florence. Over the centuries, it has hosted many illustrious personalities, including the three Popes Leo X Medici, Clement VII Medici, Paul III Farnese, the King of Italy Vittorio Emanuele III, and General Clark, the commander of the American 5th Army. With its sumptuous frescoed halls, the loggia, the courtyard and its beautiful Italian garden, it is still one of the most beautiful historic Tuscan homes today.
It currently hosts official events and private functions (it is possible to get married with a civil ceremony in one of its historic rooms), as well as receptions, photoshoots, meetings, wine tastings, business dinners, fancy-dress parties, and gala dinners.
The adjoining agricultural estate of Castello di Oliveto produces extra virgin olive oil and prestigious wines, which are sold directly in Fucecchio – Località Botteghe, via Pistoiese 45.
