Pacina Farm

In the past century, Pacina used to be a convent surrounded by woods and “Crete Senesi”, on the ancient road connecting Arezzo to Siena.
Today, it can be found in the municipality of Castelnuovo Berardenga and it belongs to the family of Stefano and Giovanna Tiezzi Borsa: they manage a 25-acre vineyard and 30 acres of olive groves, orchards, cereal cultivation, vegetable gardens and woods. The environment is thoroughly respected so that plants and animals have always been able to thrive in harmony.
“Terra del Chianti Colli Senesi”, that’s the official name of the local vineyard, is mainly cultivated with Sangiovese grapes, with small plots of Ciliegiolo and Canaiolo; half a hectare grows Syrah and another small plot is reserved to the precious Vin Santo.
The company produces four wines (Pacina Secondo Pacina Farm, Pacina Farm, Pacina Malena Farm, and Pacina Ciliegiolo Farm), an excellent Vin Santo, extra virgin olive oil, emmer, chickpeas, and lentils.
Pacina also offers farm stay activities.
