Umbria Olive Oil

The olive trees grown in Umbria benefit from peculiar climatic conditions that allow a very slow ripening of the fruit – extra virgin oil with very low acidity can be thus obtained. This very oil has been acknowledged as a P.D.O. product of Umbria. It features an unmistakable, intense, and full-bodied taste, which is also a bit spicy with a pleasantly bitter aftertaste. This oil looks deep-green and has a fruity smell.
