This ancient XVII century residence is in Brianza, in the province of Monza, and surrounded by a large park – one of the oldest in Lombardy. The interiors are elegantly decorated, with chandeliers and famous paintings.

The Villa was built in 1643 for the Attandolo-Bolognini family, then purchased in the mid-XIX century by the Medici of Marignano. It is currently owned by the Giulini family, who organizes classical and ancient music concerts here.
The interiors, elegantly decorated, include the “Zuccarelli Hall” – with extraordinary acoustics – painted at the end of the XVIII century by Francesco Zuccarelli, using tempera techniques and depicting local landscapes. Then, there’s the “Empire Hall”, with similar paintings of Psyche, a popular subject of the Empire period. The “Organ Room”, instead, houses a Venetian organ built in the XVIII century.

The villa also features an important collection of keyboard instruments, ranging from modern pianos to cymbals and organs of the two large Viennese and French schools, exhibited in several rooms. On several special events, the owners organize concerts with these very historical instruments.

The park includes an English garden and an Italian one. The first follows a winding layout, with centuries-old trees, a collection of “Pearl of the Lake” azaleas, and countless other blooms.

The Italian garden is made of a large boxwood parterre, between the building wings and hornbeam galleries, and a long avenue of poplars and cypresses. The villa and the gardens are available for weddings and other private functions.
