Vivaio Giardino Signorini is a small nursery specialized in the research and cultivation of unusual and rare plants from all over the world.

It was created by the agronomist Andrea Signorini, one of the founding members of the A.Di.PA (Association for the Diffusion of Plants among Amateurs), who prefers the collection of Mediterranean and exotic species, cultivated personally customized soils (with as little fertilizers as possible). This choice allows growing plants naturally, less inclined to transplanting stress once planted. Among the most interesting species of this nursery, it’s worth mentioning Strobilanthes penstemonoides, and the Acanthacea, with a beautiful autumn flowering – it was acknowledged as “Plant of the Year” by A.Di.P.A. in 2016.
The collection of the Zingiberaceae family (Hedychium, Globba, Kaempferia spp.) is also constantly increasing thanks to the dedicated work of the professionals at Vivaio Giardini Signorini.

This nursery also offers services for designing and building parks, gardens, and terraces.
Maintenance, pruning, flooring, dry stone walls, and irrigation system installation services, professional advice, and technical assistance are available as well.
Andrea Signorini has recently handed over the management of his successful company to two young gardeners and nurserymen, Alessandro and Stefano.
