Col Fiorito Red Potato

This type of red potato is a traditional product of the Colfiorito plateaus.
Very well adapted to the local environment set at medium-high altitude, it has a peculiar elongated and ovoidal shape, red skin and light-yellow pulp.
It’s been officially acknowledged by the European Union, which has granted it the “Protected Geographical Indication” recognition. This potato is suitable for any type of culinary preparation.
