Amaretti Molisani

Amaretti are also a typical sweet treat of Molise and here they are produced using peeled sweet and bitter almonds, sugar, and egg white. The dough, blended according to the traditional recipe, must be spread on a baking sheet and cooked in the oven.
Only genuine and natural ingredients, mixed according to the traditional recipes, gives the “amaretti” a classic, intense and delicate flavour at the same time.
