Carbone Vincenzo is a family run business in the heart of Irpinia, which is specialised in the production of acidophilous.

The first cultivations have started in the second half of the nineties, but the first results have been made in 2000. The freezing climate of Winter Times together with experience make the plants particularly resilient to atmospheric agents.
