Bellevue Palace was built between 1893 and 1894 by architect Pietro Agosti, who later became Mayor of the city. It offered spaces suitable for many different purposes like spacious rooms, sunny suites for noblewomen, a refined restaurant, and several areas for the servants of rich international aristocrats.

Externally, the palace it is enriched with splendid decorations and surrounded by a beautiful garden, with exquisite ornamental plants and a light fountain animated by water games.
