Devoto nursery is in Chiavari (GE). Founded in the late XIX century, during the early part of the following century it focused on the production of fresh flowers. In the 1940s, Gio Batta Devoto with his wife Rina opened a flower production and a nursery on the Bacezza hill. Later on, they expanded their production to plants abundantly required for terraces and gardens in Chiavari and throughout the easter Riviera.
For several years, the company has been managed by Marco, Antonio and Roberto Devoto (respectively, grandfather, father, and son) and has been offering:
Green and flowering plants, for gardens and terraces;
Citrus fruits (oranges, tangerines, lemons, chinotto, bergamots…) best suited to the local climate;
Olive trees, common and rare species;
A wide assortment of palm trees and exotic plants for gardens, parks, urban decorations, etc.;
Succulent plants, one of the oldest and most appreciated productions of this nursery;
Aromatic and officinal plants;
Ornamental green or flowering houseplants.
