Fondazione Magnani-Rocca is a private ancient-modern art collection, which includes paintings from the Middle Ages to the 20th century, with permanent collections exhibiting the work of great Italian and European artists and also telematic exhibitions. It has been created by Luigi Magnani in 1990 and it is located in Mamiamo, inside a historic villa which still contains the original furniture. The alley, with its great staircase, is an example of the neo baroque  taste and its one of the first nucleus of the villa.

In particular, the museum shows works of Gentile da Fabriano, Albrecht Durer, Vittore Carpaccio, Filippo Lippi, Domenico Ghirlandaio, Lorenzo Costa, Martin Schonqauer, Canova, Tiziano, Rubens, Van Dyck, Grancisco Goya, Auguste Renoir, Paul Cézanne, Giorgio Morandi, Giorgio De Chirico, Filippo De Pisisi, Gino severini, Alberto Burri, Johann Heinrich Fussii, Nicolas de Stael, Lippo di Dalmasio,

It is also called “Villa dei Capolavori”; the foundation is surrounded by a great romantic English style park, with wide arboreal, grass and bushy areas,  artificial lakes and caves, together with a part dedicated to the formal Italian style garden, with its box hedges.

The park dates back to the 19th century; the artificial lake, of which the original reservoir had been preserved, has been recently reactivated. The great lawn behind the villa is delimited by six Ionic style columns of marble coming from a church and an 18th century cloister of Southern Italy, which had been destroyed during the Second World War. There are nearly forty tree and bush species in the park, mainly tall trees and exotic varieties, with some examples of monumental specimens such as Cedrus atlantica, Cedrus libani, Sequoia sempervirens, Quercus robur, Platanus x hybrida.
