The building’s façade on corso Giovecca is made of exposed bricks, with great-rectangular windows. The wide garden is now closed by a loggia with an interior decoration of vines, which was used as theatre, and the enjoyable settlement of the garden is created by the flowerings between Spring and Summer of numerous flowers and a border of French roses.
The area once used as boschetto, had already been substituted by a tennis club at the times of the refurbishment; the adjacent space to the Southern front was reorganised with two big flowerbeds and a 15th century well, located in order to be visible from the entrance.
