The Peseggia pea, locally called “biso”, is a particular variety of the Pisum sativum species;it is cultivated in Peseggia, in the territory of Scorzè, on very fertile soil, rich in resurgent waters; it is highly appreciated most of all for its freshness and excellent taste.
