Extra virgin olive oil is one of the best-known products of Puglia and is available in many different types. The flavoured extra virgin olive oil is mainly produced in the province of Foggia.
This oil is flavoured with herbs such as rosemary, oregano, garlic, and chilli, then it’s thoroughly washed and drained, thus acquiring an intense and particular taste.
